Who we are
blohunter.com is an independently operated project. These terms cover your use of the website and the BloHunter Desktop application (together, the "service"). By using the service you agree to these terms; if you don't agree, don't use it.
The service
BloHunter provides market-data visualization built on public exchange data, plus an optional desktop application that can mirror supported trade lifecycle events to a futures exchange account you configure yourself. The service is provided free of charge.
Not financial advice
Everything on BloHunter is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the site, in the app, in data feeds, or in any signal, marker, or metric constitutes investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to open or close any position. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attack, probe, or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- attempt to bypass or defeat the service's access controls or authentication
- access the service's data feeds with automated clients that misrepresent what they are
- resell, republish, or redistribute the service or its data feeds without permission
- use the service for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction
Accounts and sign-in
BloHunter Desktop signs in through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
BloHunter Desktop
The desktop application mirrors supported BloHunter trade lifecycle events to your own exchange account, using API credentials you provide, under settings you control. Exchange credentials are stored locally on your device in encrypted form and are never sent to or stored by BloHunter.
- You are responsible for the credentials you enter and for keeping them secure.
- You are responsible for reviewing and understanding every setting before enabling trading.
- All orders placed by the app are placed on your account, at your direction, under your settings — they are your trades, and their outcomes (including losses) are yours.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or that any feature will continue to exist.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloHunter and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits and trading losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top whenever these terms change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
